The project is the headquarters for the Roscommon County Council. The 9,000 sqm building consists of 3 floors and a basement.

One Zone’s scope was to create a fully coordinated 3D design model of all MEPF services, then after completion of the model to create the construction drawings of all services.

The project goal was the transformation of the Athletic Olympic Stadium in East London to a Football Arena. This required signifi cant design changes to the existing Structure and the MEPF services. The One Zone scope was for the coordination of the re-designed Mechanical & Plumbing services against the Structure and the Electrical services. After the coordination process we produced the construction drawings for the Mechanical & Plumbing - London, United Kingdom

The King Abdullah Financial District houses a large community of professionals working within the financial sector and related industries, hosting the head quarters of the Capital Market Authority, the Stock Exchange, banks, financial institutions and other service providers. It provides the next generation of development to ensure the sustained dominance of Saudi Arabia as the largest economy and financial centre within the region.

One Zone were responsible for Mechanical & Plumbing design on a number of building packages, the fire protection design on all the building packages along with the 3D Modelling for full MEPF coordination.
