Our Story
Established in 2002, One Zone supports projects worldwide from our Design & Production Studio in the Philippines, our Commercial offices in Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates, and our representative offices in the United Kingdom, Spain and Cyprus.
To date we have supported over 300 clients across 24 countries. Our diverse client base and sizable portfolio can be attributed to our wealth of experience in providing engineering, drafting and modelling throughout the various design stages of construction projects.
In the last decade, we have worked with some of the top 10 engineering and construction companies in the world. We’ve been involved in a wide range of high-profile projects, from commercial, retail, hospitals and residential, to infrastructure projects within all stages of delivery.

What We Do
One Zone has extensive experience of undertaking building services engineering design, 2D drawing and 3D Modeling & coordination on projects throughout the world including the UK, the Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Syria, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau and the Philippines.
Our global reach means that we have significant understanding of the applicable standards, practices and guidelines for many countries. So no matter where our clients are, we have the skill-set and knowledge of the local environment and regulatory requirements.
One Zone’s highly qualified, international team have had extensive training in their respected fields. Our senior engineers have amassed an average of 20 years working in the industry - this ensures that we only provide high-quality, timely and cost-effective services to our clients.
