One Zone were responsible for providing the coordinated 3D Fire Protection, and Plumbing & Drainage Revit design of this 50,000 m² student residential accommodation.

Once the 3D model was approved and clash free, 2D design drawings were taken from the model and utilized for construction by the contractor.

The 25,000 m² Discovery Centre is a building designed to teach Syrian children about the world in which they live, as such, the technology used to service the building has been designed into the project.

One Zone completed the detailed design of the complete Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage, and Fire Protection services for this educational building, using 3D modeling of all the plantrooms to ensure coordination.

Skibbereen School is a 2 storey 11,000m2 Community School in Cork Ireland and was one of a series of new schools and colleges in Ireland.

One Zone’s scope was to create out a fully coordinated detailed 3D design model based on sketches and mark-ups. The modeling of the building services engineering elements was to a BSRIA Stage 5 level of detail .
